Refund policy
We hope you love your Isle of Skye watch. However, if you wish to request a return, please contact us first at sales@isleofskyewatchcompany.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide full return instructions and a returns form to include with your package. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as this helps us process your return as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Please note that customers are responsible for the return postage cost of £6.95 unless the item is faulty or arrives damaged.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be requested within 28 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unused and returned in original packaging
- Customers are responsible for the £6.95 return cost unless the item is faulty or damaged
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
- We do not offer exchanges.
- We accept returns for Isle of Skye Watch Company online sales only. Purchases made from local stores must be returned to the original point of purchase.
- Please note, the original purchase amount, less shipping, will be credited through the same payment means used to pay for the order.
